If you are experiencing issues with the Roblox App on Xbox One, we recommend going through the solutions provided by Microsoft on their Xbox One Support page: An application won't start on Xbox One
*Note* Please keep in mind we recommend these solutions for general issues and not just for situations where the app does not start.
If after going through the steps listed on that page, the issue(s) persist, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Xbox Gamer Tag:
- Roblox Username:
- Any Error Messages Received:
If there is any additional information such as recent changes to either the Xbox or Roblox accounts, or changes to your internet connection, please list those as well along with any other details.
Trouble Logging into Roblox Account Through Xbox
To connect your Roblox account to your Xbox account, you will need to know your correct user name and password. If you have forgotten your password and need to change it, click here for information on how to reset your password.
*Note* Please keep in mind that the Facebook connect feature is not available through Xbox, so you will need to login via your Roblox account password instead.
To disconnect your Roblox and Xbox accounts, while on the Home screen, press the "X" button to access the Settings menu and then select "Account". On this page, select "UNLINK [YOUR GAMERTAG]"
Alternatively, you can click here, go to the Security tab and under Xbox, click the "Disconnect" button.
Trouble Linking Roblox Account
Roblox is available for ages 10 and up on Xbox One, so please make sure your Xbox age settings exactly match those of your Roblox account.
