Commands for the messages
Once you have added a phone number to an account, there are some useful commands that can help to start and stop any text messages that you may receive:
- STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT - These single-word commands will stop future text messages. Please note that only single-word messages will trigger the block. For example, replying “STOP” will ensure that you receive no further messages, but replying “STOP PLEASE” will not.
- START, YES, and UNSTOP - These commands will allow you to opt back in to receiving text messages.
- HELP and INFO - These commands will provide information that you can use the above commands to control the delivery of messages.
