If after going through the steps listed on that page, the issue(s) persist, contact Roblox Customer Support and provide the following information:

- Roblox Username:
- Any Error Messages Received:
- Any Error Code Received:
If there is any additional information, such as recent changes to either your PlayStation or Roblox accounts, or changes to your internet connection, list those as well along with any other details.
Note: PlayStation Network account names are case sensitive, so make sure that the spelling and format are correct when contacting us.
