If your debit or credit card has expired and you want a membership to continue uninterrupted, we recommend purchasing a new membership before the existing membership expires.
Any remaining days from the current membership are added to the newly purchased one, so nothing is lost in this process. Should the new membership be of a different level Builders Club, the remaining days will be pro-rated into the new membership. For more information, click here.
Note: if a membership is currently in the process of renewal, you will need to wait until this process is complete to purchase a new membership.
If You Can't Log In
Our Agents cannot take your full billing information over the phone or email, but they can help you log in to make the change yourself. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com. Please provide identifying information such as billing name and the last four digits of the card number.
