How do I add a payment method?
You can add and delete payment methods from the Billing Settings Page on your account or at checkout. Payment methods cannot be updated from the Roblox mobile app.
How do I edit my payment methods?
We do not support updating the payment method on existing memberships. To adjust the payment method on your current memberships, you will need to cancel the membership and repurchase.
You can add and delete payment methods for individual purchases via the Billing Settings Page on your account or at checkout. Expiration dates are updated automatically in most cases. Payment methods cannot be updated from the Roblox mobile app.
How do I update my expiration date?
In most cases, your card’s expiration date will be updated automatically. If this is not the case and you see that your card is expired, you will need to delete the saved card and re-add the card with the updated expiration date.
Where can I view my saved payment methods?
What payment methods are available for saving?
You can save credit and debit cards from most major card providers.
Can I add multiple payment methods?
Yes, you can add as many cards as you wish. All payment methods will be available for selection at checkout. If you would like to use a new or different method than one you have already saved, select “Pay another way” underneath the card selection menu at checkout.
Is the method used for my Premium Membership saved?
For 18+ users, the payment method tied to your Premium membership will automatically appear at checkout. This payment method can be accessed for all purchases in the future.
Are saved payment methods available for all Roblox users?
Currently, saving a credit card is restricted to 18+ users and is not available in the following countries: Canada, Switzerland, Chile, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Colombia, Israel, Indonesia, Peru, Taiwan, Turkey, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Philippines, and the UAE. In the future, we want to provide ease of access to as many users as possible and will be gradually rolling out greater availability over time.
Who is my payment information stored with?
Stripe and Xsolla are the two companies that handle payments for Roblox. Additionally, in select countries, Stripe allows users to save their credit card information for future purchases. If you do not explicitly opt-in to saving your details, your information is not stored after purchase.
My card has expired
We do not support updating cards on an existing membership. You will need to buy a new membership.
I want to use a different card
We do not support changing cards on an existing membership. You can make a membership purchase on your new card.

But I can't log in!
Our agents cannot take your billing information via the support form or phone, but they can help you log in to make the change yourself. If you need assistance logging in, contact Customer Support. Provide identifying information such as billing name and the last four digits of the card number.
