Adding your email or phone number to your Roblox account can help you recover your account if you forget your password so that you don't lose access to your experiences, Roblox limited items and more.
Parental recovery emails
If you’re under 13, ask your parent to verify their email address as a parental recovery email in Settings > Account Info on your account. This means they will be able to help you recover your account if you forget your password. This email address can be different from the email they use to set up their linked Roblox account with parent privileges.
