Rights Manager Terms of Use

Thank you for your interest in Rights Manager, a set of features that help rights holders enforce their intellectual property rights on the Roblox platform. Rights Manager permits users to submit reports regarding alleged intellectual property infringement. You can learn more about intellectual property reporting on Roblox in section 5 of our Roblox Terms of Use - User Terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by the Roblox Corporation (“Roblox”) and the person or entity accepting these Terms (“You”). By using Rights Manager You agree to the following:

1. Rights Manager is available only to intellectual property owners or their authorized representatives who have the legal authority to enforce intellectual property rights on Roblox. By using Rights Manager, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner on whose behalf you claim to act.
2. You represent that you are over 18 years old.
3. If agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the necessary authority to bind the entity to this legal agreement.
4. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using Rights Manager, including details related to any alleged intellectual property infringement. You agree not to make any knowingly false reports of intellectual property infringement. Any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing on their intellectual property rights may be liable under section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or similar laws in other jurisdictions.
5. We may send a copy of any intellectual property takedown notices you submit, including any contact information you provide, to the individual responsible for the reported content.
6. Any violation of these Terms or the Roblox Terms of Use, such as submitting a false assertion of intellectual property infringement, may result in the termination of your access to Rights Manager and/or the Roblox platform.
7. These Terms are subject to change. To the extent required by applicable law, Roblox will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any material updates or modifications by any reasonable means of notification, provided that non-material changes will be deemed to be effective immediately and without notice. Your continued use of Rights Manager constitutes your acceptance and agreement to such changes.
