If you’ve submitted your DevEx request, this article explains how long our reviews may take and what you should do to prepare after submitting your request.
After your DevEx request is submitted
The Robux submitted are removed when your request is sent. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide updates during the review process. If your request is rejected, the Robux will immediately be returned. For first time users, if your request is approved, you will be sent an invitation to create a DevEx portal from no-reply@roblox.com.
After receiving your invitation, you’ll need to create your DevEx portal, and you must enter your payment method, and tax form within one week of receiving the registration link. If you do not complete registration within 1 week, your request will be declined and the Robux will be returned.
Once registration is complete, the DevEx team will process your payment. Keep in mind that there are additional processing times for the payment to land in your bank account once we process.
