Below are the terms and conditions that govern enabling Paid Access experiences, including Paid Access in Robux and Paid Access in local currency. These Paid Access terms are part of the Roblox Terms of Use. Capitalized terms that are not defined in these Paid Access terms are defined in the Roblox Dictionary. Paid access in local currency lets you charge users real money to access an experience. To enable Paid Access in local currency, you must sign up for an account with our third party payment processing vendor, Tipaliti, meet all of their registration and other criteria, and provide all necessary information to set up an account with Tipalti. You understand and agree that you must meet any other eligibility requirements that we or Tipalti may establish in our sole discretion.
Roblox shall pay Creator a royalty on Net Paid Sales based on the percentage amount as set forth as the Royalty Rate in the following table (the “Royalty” or “Royalties”).

Net Paid Sales.
Shall mean total proceeds from Real Transactions received by Roblox from sales of the Creators Paid Access in fiat experience, less sales taxes, VAT, GST or other applicable taxes, currency conversion costs, and any costs of collection.
Real Transaction.
Local currency transactions (“Real Transaction”) are directly between User and Creator via Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), Roblox’s third-party payment service provider. Where Roblox is not required to be, you are the merchant of record for the sale of Paid Access in local currency experiences to Users.
If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or state of residence, your parent or legal guardian must read and consent to these terms and must create the associated Tipalti account, including consenting to any additional terms as outlined by Tipalti. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor, you agree that you will be responsible for all Real Transactions and uses of Paid Access by your child whether or not such uses were authorized by you.
Withheld Funds.
Royalties will be held by Tipalti for a minimum of 60 days before any royalties will be available to the Creator (“Withheld Amount”). Royalties are the amount equal to the full amount of the Real Transaction, less any withholding taxes and fees.
If there is any need to issue a refund to a User, such refund amount will be deducted from the Withheld Amount. After the end of the 60-day period, all remaining royalties will be released by Tipalti to the Creator's Tipalti account; however, the Creator will still need to wait until the established monthly payout day before being able to receive those funds.
