I still can't find my Roblox products
- Be sure you're logged into the Roblox account where the purchase was made.
- If your account doesn't have the purchased products, follow the troubleshooting below.

Troubleshooting
Mobile Apps: iTunes, Android, Kindle, and Windows
- Log out of your account
- Force close the Roblox app
- Reopen the Roblox app
- Log into your account
Xbox One
- Do not log out of your account
- Close the Roblox app
- Reopen the Roblox app
Web Browser: Credit Card, PayPal, or Gift Card payments

I still need help
If your product still has not been applied, provide us with the following additional information on the contact form.
- Roblox Username
- If Xbox One App: Also, send Xbox Gamertag. Note: Gamertags are case sensitive.
- Device where purchase was made
- Date of Purchase
- Product Purchased
Once you have received the email confirming the receipt of your message, reply with a screenshot or forwarded copy of your purchase receipt (.jpg or .png format only).
Important note: Jailbroken devices are not supported for use or purchasing products via the Roblox Mobile App
