- Problem description:
- Username
- Code number
- Image of the front and back of the virtual item code card (.jpg or .png format only)
- Purchase date
- Shop and city of purchase
- Image or scan of the purchase receipt (.jpg or .png format only)
- Name of the toy (if you are not sure of the name of the toy, just provide us a picture in .jpg or .png format from The Jazwares Collector's Guide lists)
I have an issue with a virtual item
If you are unsure whether you have received the virtual item for your toy, be sure to follow these steps to check your inventory.
- Make sure you're signed in to the Roblox account where you redeemed the toy code.
- If you are not sure which virtual item arrived with your toy, you can visit the Jazwares website in the Collector's Guide by finding your toy and clicking on the image of the virtual item or on the words virtual item to access the page of the article in the Roblox catalog.
- While logging in to the account where the code was redeemed, the article catalog page will show if the account is the owner of the article and offers several options. See below:
- You can also view the account inventory and review the category in which the virtual item is located. If the item appears in the account inventory, you own it.
If you cannot locate the virtual item in your account inventory or believe that you have received the wrong item, please contact us here for further assistance. Make sure to include the following information:
