I'm not receiving the 2-step verification email
- If you have multiple email addresses, confirm you're checking the same one you added to your Roblox account.
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, social, and any other folders to see if the message was filtered by your email provider.
- If you do find the message in your spam folder, mark it as Not Spam to prevent future filtering.
- Add the email address no-reply@roblox.com to your email Contacts.
- Use the Resend Code or Start Over feature on the 2-Step Verification login screen.
You can also try using another 2-step verification method you set up if you continue to have issues.
If you're still not receiving the 2-Step code after following those steps, please contact Customer Support.
My email 2-step verification code does not work
Email 2-Step Verification codes expire after 15 minutes and will no longer work if the code was already entered incorrectly for that account.
Use the Resend Code or Start Over feature on the 2-Step Verification login screen to request a new code.
If you're still unable to log in with a new code, please contact Customer Support.
My Authenticator verification code does not work
Authentication App 2-Step Verification codes only work when displayed in the app. Make sure you're entering a code that is currently active. You will need to enter the new code that is displayed in the app if the previous code did not work.
If you continue to have issues, you can try using another 2-step verification method that you set up.
If you're still unable to log in with a new code, please contact Customer Support.
I lost my recovery codes
Create a new set of recovery codes following the directions in the Add 2-Step Verification to Your Account article.
