You have the option to add a four-digit PIN to lock your settings. Once a PIN is added, it will be needed to make any changes to the account settings. This feature protects your password, email address, and privacy settings.

 

How do I add a PIN?

1. Log into your account
   (If you can't log in, try these steps for recovering your password.)
2. Go to account Settings
   • Browser - find the gear-icon located at the upper-right corner of the site
   • Mobile Apps - find the three dots icon for More
3. Select the Parental Controls tab 
4. Toggle button to turn PIN on
5. Create and confirm your new PIN 

Never tell anyone your PIN - it's even more important than your password.

 

How do I remove a PIN?
