A: Make sure the image you capture is clear and the entire document is in the frame. Blurry images will take a longer time to process. Documents in certain countries may also take longer than others, such as when non-Roman characters are present.
Q: How do I know when my age is verified?
A: After you finish submitting your document and selfie for verification, In Settings > Account Information, you should see an indicator under your birthday that says “Age Verified” with a checkmark next to it.

A: Don’t worry. If you successfully verify your age, we will correct the birthday on your Roblox account with the one you provided on your ID document.

A: Yes! We want you to know that we take our community’s safety and privacy seriously, and Roblox never stores raw ID document data. When a government-issued ID is scanned for verification, an anonymized value is generated, allowing Roblox to safely verify identity without risking exposure of the user’s real identity.

A: Age verification is already supported in over 180 countries globally. In most countries, you will be able to use a driver’s license, residency card, or passport.
