This banner will appear if there is suspicious activity in your Roblox account or we detect that your password might be stolen from other services*. As a result, we may ask you to change your password. By changing your password, you help make sure that only you can use your account.

Help secure your account immediately

1. Sign into your account.
2. You will be asked to change your password. Click Change Password on the banner and you will be prompted to enter your current and new password.
   If there is a PIN on the account, it must be entered when asked.
3. Create a new strong password that you don’t use for any other services and is different from ones you have used before.
4. Consider using a password manager to generate strong and unique passwords, so that you don’t have to remember it.

Secure your account more with 2-step verification

2-Step verification makes it so that no one else can login to the account even if they know the password. When you log in from a new device, Roblox will send you a code, and you can only log in if you have that code.
