Virtual Items

Every Roblox Gift Card includes a free virtual item. The item will be instantly granted to your account when you redeem your Gift Card. There are new items each month!

Find your virtual item

1. Go to the Gift Card page.
2. Click on the virtual item's name to view it in your inventory.
3. If the page says you "own" the item, it is successfully in your account.

FAQs

I redeemed two cards this month but only got one item. Why?

There is a limit of one unique virtual item per month.  Visit roblox.com/giftcards to learn more.

What if I redeemed my card on the wrong account?

Check any other accounts you may have logged into. If it was an error, contact Customer Support with the required card details and images listed below.

I didn't get a code from a promotional purchase at another store. Can Roblox help?

Roblox does not issue or reissue codes for external promotional purchases.

Contacting support

If you have any issues with redeeming your gift card, please contact us.

1. Fill out the form sections.
2. In the Description of issue field, include the following information:
   1. Description of your issue
   2. Gift card PIN
   3. Gift card Serial Number
   4. Store and City of purchase
   5. Date of purchase
   6. Gift card amount
   7. Name of the virtual item you should have received. 
3. Once you receive the confirmation email, reply to that email with the following information:
   1. Image or scan or the purchase receipt
   2. Image or scan of the front and back of the git card

Note: Images must be .jpg or .png format.
