Roblox Premium is a membership subscription that offers extra benefits to players, such as a monthly Robux stipend and access to our trading feature.
Notice: Roblox Premium Benefit Changes
On April 30, 2026, Roblox Premium membership will no longer be available for purchase. Existing Roblox Premium subscribers may retain their existing subscription. However, should they cancel, the option to resubscribe will no longer be available.
Additionally on May 30, 2026, Roblox Premium membership benefits will change. The following represents the changes that will be made to Premium memberships:
What’s staying the same with Premium:
- You will continue to receive a monthly Robux stipend based on your plan
- You will be able to trade and resell items
- You will be able to publish avatar items and keep them on sale (Only if subscribed to Premium 1000/2200)
What’s changing with Premium:
- The 10% bonus on Robux purchases will end
- The Premium logo will be removed
Managing Your Membership
You can find your active Roblox Premium membership by navigating to Settings > Subscriptions. On this page you can:
- View your renewal date
- View expiration date
- Update your payment method if the membership is processed via Stripe (you can see if your purchase was processed via Stripe by checking your recurring membership receipt)
Is my Roblox Premium membership recurring?
Memberships purchased via the Roblox mobile app, desktop app, or Roblox website are recurring by default. They will automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled. Roblox Premium memberships purchased through the Windows and Amazon app stores are not recurring.
Can I transfer my membership to another account?
No, Roblox Premium memberships are non-transferable.
What happens if my renewal fails?
Most membership renewals are completed within 24 hours of the renewal date. In the event that the membership is unable to be renewed for any reason, further renewal attempts will be made over the next 72 hours. If we still cannot renew your membership, your Premium membership will be cancelled and you will not be able to re-subscribe.
My membership is renewed but I do not see my Premium Stipend in my account.
Renewals completed successfully will receive monthly Robux by the end of the renewal day. You can find your deposited Robux by navigating to My Transactions and selecting Type of Transactions > Premium Stipends.
Canceling Your Premium Membership
You can cancel your recurring Roblox Premium membership at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to receive benefits for the remainder of the time you have already paid for.
How to Cancel Your Premium Membership
The ability to cancel your Roblox Premium membership is dependent on where you first subscribed:

Why don't I see a Cancel button?
If the cancel button is missing or greyed out, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- The membership is already canceled or set to expire.
- Your membership is currently renewing and cannot be canceled.
- You purchased a one-time membership (Windows/Amazon) that does not renew. Your Premium Membership will end at the expiration date listed.
- You purchased via the Mobile App. Premium Memberships purchased via a mobile app cannot be canceled inside Roblox itself; they must be managed through your device’s app store.
I can’t log in to cancel!
If you cannot access your account to cancel your membership, contact us immediately with the username of the subscribed account. Note that cancellation requests must be received before the renewal date.
I forgot to cancel! Are Premium Membership renewals refundable?
No. Memberships are non-refundable. To prevent future charges, be sure to cancel your membership before the renewal date.
