You can contact the Roblox Appeals team to review the situation if your content or account has been banned or moderated, or any of your content has been blocked or deleted. The Appeals team will give the moderation a second look and make any necessary adjustments to your asset or account's moderation status. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee the consequence will be removed.
Content is something you made such as experiences, decals, clothes, group logos, or audio files. Although most content cannot typically be restored once moderated, the Appeals team will do their best to find a satisfactory resolution.
Your moderation notification will provide you with information on the appeals options available to you. Your notification will also specify if you can appeal via Violations & Appeals, or via the Roblox Support Form.
For Appeals via Violations & Appeals
Certain categories of violations may be appealed via Violations & Appeals. If your violation category is eligible for an appeal there, you will find a direct link to “Violations & Appeals” in your moderation notification from Roblox.
In Violations & Appeals, you can select the Appeal option, provide insights into why your case merits reevaluation, and monitor your asset's status. If you don’t see your violation listed in Violations & Appeals, you can file your appeal via the Support form.
For Appeals via Support Form
For actions that may be appealed via the Support Form, contact the Appeals team using the support form here. Make sure to include:
