I am having an issue redeeming my Gift Card. What should I do?
Sometimes letters can look like numbers and numbers can look like letters. For example, the zero (0) in your Gift Card may actually be an “O”. Below are the common substitutions to try if you are having trouble redeeming your Gift Card.

I have a Gift Card in a currency that does not match my account location. Can I still redeem my Gift Card?
Yes! All Roblox Gift Cards and Robux Codes can be redeemed worldwide. When redeeming your Gift Card on roblox.com/redeem via your web browser, your Gift Card value will be converted to the currency that matches your account location. Can I redeem multiple Gift Cards?
Yes! You can redeem as many Roblox Gift Cards to your account as you want. Gift Cards will need to be redeemed one at a time by visiting roblox.com/redeem.
Can I combine other payment types with Credit?
No. At this time it is not possible to combine or split payment types. If you do not have enough credit to pay for your entire purchase, you will be asked to use an alternate payment method.
Can I buy monthly memberships with Credit?
Yes! When choosing a payment method, select Roblox Credit if you've already redeemed the card. Or, you can select Redeem Roblox Card if you haven't yet redeemed the card.
Memberships purchased with Roblox Credit will automatically renew unless they are canceled before the renewal date. Your available Credit must cover the full price of your purchase at time of renewal.
