How do I add a payment method?
You can add and delete payment methods from the Payment Methods tab in Settings on your account or at checkout. Payment methods cannot be updated from the Roblox mobile app.
How do I edit my payment methods?
You can add and delete payment methods for individual purchases via the Payment Methods tab in Settings on your account or at checkout. Expiration dates are updated automatically in most cases. Payment methods cannot be updated from the Roblox mobile app.
How do I update my expiration date?
In most cases, your card’s expiration date will be updated automatically. If this is not the case and you see that your card is expired, you will need to delete the saved card and re-add the card with the updated expiration date.
Where can I view my saved payment methods?
Payment methods are visible and can be managed on the Payment Methods tab in Settings or at checkout. Learn more about alternate payment methods like Prepaid Cards and Gift Cards.
What payment methods are available for saving?
You can save credit and debit cards from most major card providers.
Can I add multiple payment methods?
Yes, you can add as many cards as you wish. All payment methods will be available for selection at checkout. If you would like to use a new or different method than one you have already saved, select “Pay another way” underneath the card selection menu at checkout.
Are saved payment methods available for all Roblox users?
Currently, saving a credit card is restricted to 18+ users and is not available in the following countries:

Who is my payment information stored with?
Stripe and Xsolla are the two companies that handle payments for Roblox. Additionally, in select countries, Stripe allows users to save their credit card information for future purchases. If you do not explicitly opt-in to saving your details, your information is not stored after purchase.
