Logging In

To log into the Roblox Mobile app, simply open it up and tap the Login button. On the screen that loads, fill in your Username and Password in the appropriate boxes and tap Login.

Logging Out (Android)

This process does differ slightly depending on if you are using Android or iOS. to log out of the Mobile App on Android:

1. On the Navigation bar, located at the bottom, tap More
2. Tap the  icon in the upper-right.
3. Tap Log Out in the pop-up window

Logging Out (iOS)

To log out of the Mobile App on iOS:

1. On the Navigation bar, located at the bottom, tap More
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap the Log Out button
4. Tap Log Out in the pop-up window

Difficulties Logging In

If you're having issues logging in, try the following solutions:

• Make sure that your device's date and time are set correctly.  If they're not correct, update them in your device's settings.
• Open a web browser, like Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, and go to https://www.roblox.com/ to log into your account.

If your Robux are not visible or your can't click any options on the Home Screen:

• Log out of your account and log back in.
